Gateway to Homeownership 11/16/19 (*time change) 1:30pm

Gateway to Homeownership is a 3 hour orientation class for anyone interested in learning more about homeownership, but are not ready to buy, or have issues to be resolved before they can qualify for a mortgage. This is your first step towards homeownership.

Select the green "TICKETS" button to register for class. The cost is $20.00 (non-refundable) per household.  You must pay this fee before your registration is complete.

Please be advised that due to course length and classroom size, childcare is not provided, so we kindly ask that you make accommodations accordingly.

If you are unable to attend please provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation.

For the optimum experience, please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class begins. Anyone arriving more than 20 minutes after class starts will need to reschedule. GATEWAY classes are typically held once per month.
